APPLICATION FOR MEXICAN PACIFIC TRIP 2018
PROCEDURE
- Apply for Mexican Pacific Trip 2018 hosted by District 4100 by February 24.
- Make sure to fill the application completely.
- District 4100 Rotaract Clubs choose 6 trippers.
- Trip participants are notified by email by February 27 2016.
- After filling out your application, please make sure to send the following documents to the mail [email protected]: Rotaract CV, letter of intent and recommendation letter from your Club President and District Representative.
- Pay the $350 USD participation fee by bank transfer. The directions on completing this step will be emailed to you if you are chosen as one of the participants.
- Book your transportation to México.
- Transportation costs to and from México are not included. You should be able to get to the starting point of the trip on your own.
- January 26 - Application Time Starts
February 24 - Application Time Ends
February 26 - Finalists are announced
March 1 - Confirmation of chosen participants.
March 21 - Fee Payment Deadline
May 16 - 31 - Mexican Pacific Trip Time! - May 31 - June 3 National Rotaract Conference
- Be an Active Member of a Rotaract Club
- Speak Fluent English
- Speak/Understand Spanish (Optional)
- Service Attitude
- Open Minded Criteria to know and interact with Rotaractors of Mexico and the World as well as Mexican Culture.
- Valid Passport and Visa to travel to Mexico
- Program participation fee (if chosen): $350 USD. Plus roundtrip flight from home city.
- Requested airports for arrival: San Diego, California (USA) | Tijuana, Baja California (MEX)
- Requested airports for departure: Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur (MEX) | La paz, Baja California Sur (MEX)
